Why: customer routes have no application id in the path. JWT customerId + productId resolve the open application. Use this folder for the transitions the screen advertises: begin verification, verify PAN, acknowledge credit score, accept offer, create loan, request payout.

There is no create-application URL. Refresh GET before writes so If-Match / revision is fresh (409 revision_conflict otherwise).
