Start eSign

When to call: after bank KYC, journey esign.

Why: loan documents must be signed before create-loan in the pipeline.

What it does: body { signerName, documentId? }. Returns step status (often pending until the vendor webhook or a later status GET).

What happens next: poll GET /application/esign/status. When signed, POST /applications/create-loan.
