Select a family account after OTP

When to call: after OTP verify when accounts has more than one person and there is no accessToken.

Why: one phone can belong to several people (family). OTP only proves the number — this call picks whose session to open.

What it does: body { phoneSessionToken, accountId }. Issues Customer tokens for a PAN-verified member on this phone. Unknown id (including a User draft) → not_found. Expired phone session → session_expired (OTP again).

What happens next: send the new Bearer on customer routes. GET /application/journey shows that person's next step.

Auth: public (no Bearer).

Errors: 401 session_expired · 404 not_found
