When to call: after PAN KYC succeeded. Journey bureau. Safe to poll; it auto-pulls when phone is on the OTP session.

Why: the credit-score screen needs facts (score, accounts, DPD). Acknowledge is blocked until the score is ready (credit_score_not_ready).

What it does: { status, score?, activeAccounts?, overdueAccounts?, worstDpdDays? }. Staff can also pull via POST /applications/{id}/verify-bureau.

What happens next: POST /applications/acknowledge-credit-score. That still does not create an offer — staff evaluate does.
