Edit Aadhaar communication address

When to call: only after Aadhaar is verified and canEditAddress is true, if the customer wants a different communication address.

Why: overlays address for the profile/offer without mutating the Aadhaar claim.

What it does: body { address } (string). Returns the verified status envelope; data.address is the edited value.

What happens next: still under_verification until staff evaluate. Do not call bank KYC yet.
