Application journey - My EMI Pay

When: after begin-verification. This is the step machine the app should follow instead of guessing.

Why: GET /application/journey returns current.step and the next upcoming. Skipping a step fails validation or returns the wrong screen.

Pipeline (do not skip):

begin_verification → update_profile → kyc_pan → bureau → acknowledge_credit_score → kyc_aadhaar → under_verification → eligibility → accept_offer → kyc_bank → esign → create_loan → request_payout.

PAN / Aadhaar: start → open redirectUrl (DigiLocker) → poll status until resolved. If the locker has no issued document, status stays pending and returns redirectUrl again.

After Aadhaar succeeds, current is under_verification until staff evaluate. Bank and eSign are after the offer, not during onboarding.
