When: after login (pre-populate the form), and again as journey step update_profile (after begin-verification, before PAN).

Why: GET returns every field so the app can bind the form. Unknown values are null, never omitted. POST saves name / DOB / address / employment / income. Email is not writable here — it lands only via email-verify confirm.

PAN on GET is masked (XXXXXX085R) only after PAN KYC; otherwise null. dob is always dd-mm-yyyy. Address is always a string.
