Complete Aadhaar KYC (poll DigiLocker)

Description: if Aadhaar is not in the locker, KYC stays pending with url. Last-4 / profile DOB / fuzzy name mismatch vs XML fails the step.

Usage: poll after Aadhaar start until resolved or the locker asks for another redirect.

Details: polls DigiLocker and ingests identity. Verified data matches the GET envelope.

Next: optional POST /application/kyc/aadhaar/address if the customer wants a communication address. Then the journey current becomes under_verification — wait for staff evaluate. isOnboardingFinished becomes true.

Auth: Authorization: Bearer {{accessToken}}

Errors: 401 unauthorized | session_expired · 404 not_found · 409 step_not_ready — finish the previous journey step first
